Mens Sheepskin Jacket Aviator Flying Style
Made from real sheepskin, the Blenheim is a classic men's flying jacket with a Nappalan finish. It comes with a diagonal brass zip, two single welt angled pockets and has reinforced seams with plenty of top stitching, this adds to the strength of the seams.
What is a Nappalan / Aviator finish? The appearance is achieved in the same way the flying jackets used by the RAF were treated. It is a finish which is sprayed on the suede(living skin) to look like the upper dead layer of the skin(epidermis) because the wool grows from the leather side of the skin. This finish stops the skin marking as easily as suede. Modern tanning techniques mean you are still left with a lightweight product with a fabulous handle.

Guide to Cleaning Sheepskin Jackets
We recommend spraying the coat before use with a suede protector this helps keep the marks on the surface. If you do need to clean the sheepskin coat / jacket like Renapur.
- Spot clean by hand using mild (not hot) water. Use a damp cloth or sponge with a very mild hand washing detergent.
- Drying the Coats should be done as naturally as possible, letting them dry at normal room temperature, avoiding radiators or heated appliances and direct sunlight.
