You’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase? That’s absolutely fine, it happens, and we try to keep things nice and simple. You can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase*.
After this period, should anything spring a fault within the first 6 months (other than obvious wear and tear) we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Get in touch with your name, order number and clear pictures to info@westmorlandsheepskins.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

- Exchanges and replacements are subject to availability
- All items must be unused, intact and in their original packaging and with their original labels.
- Refunds will be made in full excluding any original postage costs
